The Marshall Crew, led by the dynamic trio of DeAndre’, Radiance, and D. Marshall, are a family of visionaries who saw limitless potential in their cherished land. With a treasure trove of antiques, a beloved inherited Red Chevy, and a stunning rustic landscape, they brought their dream to life and created *The Landing at 8501*. This unique venue is more than just a place—it's a reflection of their creativity, legacy, and passion for preserving timeless beauty. Along their journey, they were fortunate to cross paths with Janet and Joe Jordan, kindred spirits who instantly shared their vision. Joe serves as the primary photographer for the project. Janet joins him with a keen eye for detail. Together these two families, transformed a dream into reality, launching this business in October 2024. The hope is to create a story that continues to unfold with every event, every memory, and every special moment celebrated at The Landing.
